DPD Reports January 20, 2012 Eduardo Hernandez, 18, was arrested at 1720 N Sulfur Springs Rd for underage consumption. Hernandez was cited and released. A vehicle crash was reported at 16th St & Pan American Ave. An information report was taken at the 1200 block of San Antonio Ave. A vehicle was impounded for safe keeping at the Douglas Port of Entry. January 21, 2012 Luis A Chavez, 30, was arrested at the 1700 block of 10th St for criminal speed. Chavez was cited and released. Hector Ivan Hernandez, 26, was arrested at the 1700 block of 10th St for a warrant from the Dept. of Public Safety. Hernandez posted bond. 14 year old female and 14 year old male were arrested at the 1400 block of c ave for domestic violence/disorderly conduct and minor with spirituous liquor in body. Both juveniles were cited and released to a parent. 14 year old male juvenile was arrested at Wal-Mart for shoplifting. He was cited and released to a guardian. A theft was reported at 1142 Bonita St at the Casas de Esperanza. January 22, 2012 Alvarez, Marco Antonio, 18, was arrested at 4th St and D Ave for no license and possession/transport/sale of marijuana. Alvarez was transported to Cochise County jail. Rochin, Patricia, 49, was arrested at Wal-Mart for shoplifting. Rochin was cited and released. Robinson, Manuel Alberto, 32, was arrested at 1500 E Ave for an outstanding warrant out of DPD for failure to appear on driving on a suspended license. Robinson was transported to Cochise County jail. Burglary was reported at 500 block of 5th St. Tv and dvd player were taken from inside of residence. Criminal damage to vehicle was reported at 1300 block of 21st St. Back window to vehicle was broken. Report for an assault was taken at 800 block of 20th St. January 23, 2012 Gonzales, Luis, 22, was arrested at 200 block of C Ave for dv/disorderly conduct. Gonzales was transported to Cochise county jail. Duarte, Raquel, 22, was arrested at 1600 11th St for dosl. Duarte was cited and released. Olvera, Javier, 48, was arrested at 900 Dolores Ave for dosl. Olvera was cited and released. Trinidad, Lydia, 30, was arrested at 14th St and Polk Ave for dv/disorderly conduct. Trinidad was transported to Cochise county jail. Fimbres, Guillermo Lorenzo, 19, was arrested on an outstanding warrant by this agency for failure to pay on dosl. Report for a deceased person was taken at 2100 block of 7th St. Report was taken for the recovery of a stolen vehicle out of Phoenix PD. (2001 nissan frontier whi) 1992 ford p/u was impounded for safekeeping. January 24, 2012 Goldstein, Gary, 61, was arrested at Fallas parking lot for dosl. Goldstein was cited and released. Report for decease person was taken at 200 Carmelita Ave. (Casas de Esperanza) Report was taken at 900 block of 12th St for theft. Unknown female took pocket book from inside of the residence. Report for graffiti was taken at 15th St park. January 25, 2012 Valdez, Edgar Fernando, 22, was arrested at the US Port of Entry for two outstanding warrants. One out of D.P.D. for failure to pay and second out of C.C.S.O. for probation violation. Valdez was transported to Cochise County jail. Leeman, Michael Allen, 31, was arrested at the US port of entry for an outstanding warrant out of Pima County for failure to pay of a traffic offense. Leeman was transported to Cochise county jail. 17 year old male juvenile was cited and released for a traffic offense at 1600 block of Carmelita Ave. 13 year old male juvenile was cited and released to mother at Huber middle school for disorderly conduct. Report was taken for identity theft. Criminal damage was reported at 2100 block of Ho Ho Kam Dr. Report for littering was taken at 2400 block of 11th St. January 26, 2012 Ysea, Israel, 35, was arrested at 1100 14th St for driving on a suspended license. Ysea was cited and released. A report for threats was taken at 933 16th St. Valdez, Jessica, 25, was arrested for dv/assault at 1800 block of 23rd St. Valdez was cited and released. Cortez, Victor Eduardo was arrested at 8th St and Dolores Ave for an outstanding warrant out of DPD and for possession of drug paraphernalia. Cortez was transported to Cochise county jail Report was taken at 1100 block of 16th St for information.
