Guillermina Palma was born June 25, 1918. On February 16th, 2012, our Lord called Mom to be one of his angels. Guillermina led a very rich and rewarding life as a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
She was preceded in death by husband Raul, the love of her life. Survived by seven children and their spouses – Raul (Lily), Carlos (Carlota,) Lillian (Richard Solis), Cecilia (Robert Saenz), Esther (Ernest Celaya), Eddie (Margot) and Gene (Teresa) – 22 grandchildren, and 41 great grandchildren.
Mom was very fortunate in having family, neighbors and friends that were always there for her. She enjoyed the casino and her greatest passions were gardening, shopping and crocheting keepsakes throughout the year. We will miss her but are comforted knowing that she is reunited with Dad and the Lord.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life with a viewing on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Brown-Page Mortuary. Rosary reading will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 23rd at Immaculate Conception Church.
