Information about La Solana Care and Rehab

Dear Editor:


I would like to take this time to remind our local and surrounding community about the services we provide at La Solana Care and Rehab. We are a skilled facility that provides twenty-four hour services to our residents.

We accept patients discharged from the hospital and provide them the care they may require when they are not quite ready to return home. This includes both physical and occupational therapy, wound care, intravenous therapy and other specialty care. We are also able to accept admissions from home, transfers from other facilities and we offer respite care.

This is just a brief description of the services we offer. For further information I invite you to come in for a tour of our facility and you may also call me for questions to discuss options and the needs you or your loved ones may need. I have also included my email address if you would like me to send you information via email.
