Dear Editor,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people in Ward Three that supported me in the recent election. Your faith, trust and believing in me will not be forgotten as I continue to represent you to the best of my ability. I will strive to do my best and continue to represent you by listening and acting on your behalf in all your concerns and interests. To those that did not support me, be assured that I will also represent and be committed to you as residents and constituents in my ward and hope that I can also win your confidence as your representative.
I am fully committed to getting the support and funding for a City of Douglas Community Center, along with addressing all your interests and needs, whatever they may be, in order to improve and maintain a better quality of life for you and the entire community.
My gratitude and compliments to the “Douglas Daily Dispatch” for the coverage of the primary election that helped get out the vote.
Remember to always exercise your privilege to vote—every vote really does count.
