Lions Club to celebrate 31st annual Debutant Dance

As it is a tradition, the 31st Annual Debutant Dance organized by the Lions Club in Douglas and Agua Prieta will take place April 14 at 9 p.m. at the Casino Club de Leones in Agua Prieta.

A total of nine young ladies who will turn 15 years old this year will be introduced into society with the dance by the hand of their parents.

The dance is organized and conducted by Lady Lions Committee, directed by Rosa Emilia Elias-Millan.

As it was informed by Lions Club member Gilda Luy, profits of the dance will help the Mexican Red Cross, the Agua Prieta Fire Department, La Divina Providencia Elderly Home, the Migrant House and people in need within the Agua Prieta community.

Young debutants include Aleyka Nyul Vasquez, Anafrancia Morales Galindo, Ariana Cristal Sanchez Valdez, Harley Carolina Villalobos, Ilse Alejandra Avitia Gallardo, Izamar Citlali Alcantar Samudio, Jazmine Aglae Morales Durazo, Jessie Charleen Frisby Lugo and Kassandra Acosta.
