Pedro R. Ochoa Pedro R. Ochoa passed away March 28, 2012 in Tucson, Ariz. Pedro was born on June 29, 1949 in La Mesa, Chihuahua Mexico. Pedro is survived by his wife Maria J. Ochoa. They were married for 43 years. He is also survived by five daughters and nine grandchildren. A mass will be held on April 27 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Douglas.
