Douglas T-Ball ends season

The Douglas T-Ball League concluded another successful season last week with closing ceremonies at the ball fields behind Paul Huber Junior High.

An estimated 170 kids anxiously waited before receiving their trophies.

There were 14 teams in the league this year, six in the majors and eight in the minors.

Sponsors this year were Arcoiris Day Care, B&D Lumber, Backdrop Photography, BBC Buena Builders Construction, Byrds Sheet Metal and Construction, Dairy Queen, Herbalife, Kandy’s Café, Lopez Heating and Cooling, Mi Ranchito, Ortega’s and the Douglas T-Ball League.
