Loving husband, father, tata & great grandfather passed away peacefully on June 20, 2012. He was born on October 21, 1939 to Jose M.(†) and Maria(†) Daniel. Cheyo is survived by his loving wife Beatriz of 48 years, brothers David (Celena) Daniel-Tucson AZ, Jose Alberto Daniel-San Pedro CA, Frank Daniel & fam.-Douglas AZ, sisters Eva Luna & fam. –San Pedro CA, Gloria (Luis) Clark-Tucson AZ, Rosalva Daniel-San Pedro CA.


Eliseo took special pride in his sons Joe (Veronica), Eliseo jr.(Grace), Rene (Mari) and loving daughter Arlene (Victor). Grandchildren Elizabeth, Joey, Luis, Eliseo III, Estevan, Crysta, Renecito, Ariana, Victor, and great grandchild Ruben-all his greatest blessings and not to be forgotten his beloved furry companion Bella “su Niña.”

After serving this country in the Unites States Army, Cheyo partook in various jobs to include Apache Powder, Phelps Dodge Smelter, and retired from Douglas Unified School District as custodian and great bus driver where he had dedicated 24 years of his life.

He was a man with a very kind soul & warm heart known for his practical jokes and sense of humor and always willing to help anyone in need. He was a sport enthusiasts in which he enjoyed immensely; especially when his sons and grandchildren were involved. His loving smile and laughter will be greatly missed.

Cheyo leaves behind countless family and friends that brought incredible joy to his life as he brought to ours and our family would like to express a very sincere heartfelt thanks to all the wonderful, caring and compassionate friends and family that supported and accompanied us through this very difficult time.
