Sarah (Peg) Reas Alva

Longtime Douglas resident Sarah (Peg) Reas Alva passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012 in Tucson, AZ.

Peg was born to L.E. “Barney” and Alberta M. Reas in Hamilton, Ohio. She was pre-deceased by her parents, daughter Linda and Joanne and brother Walt Reas.

Peg is survived by her loving husband Mike A. Alva, children Vernon, John (Barbara), Kathy (Dan) Stephens; brother Stephen E. Reas and six grandchildren: Brenn Michaels and daughter Morgan Polin, Christie (Ira) Page and daughter Lauren, Ray (Jeanine) Stephens, Melissa (Derek) Porter, John Alan (Stephanie) Stephens, Michael Stephens and caregiver Monica Molina and by other relatives in Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, California and Florida.

As per her wishes Peg will be cremated and her ashes will be buried in the family plot in Florida at a later date.
