Alejandro C. Espinsoa, II was born February 28, 1927 in Hermosillo, Mexico. Surrounded by his loving family, he walked into the arms of Jesus on August 16, 2012 in Douglas, Arizona. Alejandro served his country in the Korean War and worked for Phelps Dodge. He believed in family and was a dedicated father, grandfather and great grandfather. Preceded in death his parents Alejandro Espinosa and Maria Louisa Camou, siblings; Maria Louisa Estavillo, Laura Mercer, Carmen Corella, Guillermo Espinosa; son Ceasar Vasquez; daughter Lizette Verdugo; and wife Luz Maria Espinosa.

Alejandro left behind many people who loved him and cared for him deeply. Dad, we love and will never forget the love and compassion you always shared. He is survived by son; Alejandro Espinosa III; daughters; Christina (Armando) Muñoz, Sylvia (Jesse) Martinez, Judith (Mario) Navoa, Miriam (Antonio) Herrera; brother, Juan Pedro Espinosa and sisters; Alejandrina Melendez and Ana Ramirez and 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 17, 2012 from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. at St. Luke’s Catholic Church with Deacon Luciano Gonzales. With Rosary recited at 7 p.m. Church with Deacon Luciano Gonzales. Mass of the Resurrection will follow on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Luke’s Catholic Church with Fr. Gilbert Malu. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers are Alex Espinosa IV, Jesse Martinez Jr., Nathan Novoa, John Ybarra, Leonard Morales, Tonio Hererra, and Edgar Ramirez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Drake Espinosa, Ben Melendez, Elvis Castañeda, Armando Muñoz, Augie Muñoz, Juan Carlos Videz and Jose Alfonso Morales.
