Charges not dismissed against ICE employee arrested for smuggling

According to Assistant U.S. Attorney, Acting Public Affairs Officer, Bill C. Solomon, the case against Stella Peterson has not been dismissed.

The last court entry on Sept. 13 indicates that the court advised the U.S. State Department that Ms. Peterson may not apply for a passport while the case is pending.

No further information has been released at the time of publication.
