NJHS President Gaby Ramirez; Vice President, Kristina Cota; Secretary, Marilyn Aceves; Treasure, Crystal Munoz and Sibonay Cox, historian gave speeches on the character, service, leadership, and scholarship of the member of the NJHS. Mrs. Cindy Gage led the NJHS pledge as 40 Huber eighth grade students were presented as new members. “Huber Middle School has a history of National Junior Honor Society and we continue with that history,” Huber Principal Andrea Overman said. “It’s because of you, the parents, that your kids are here today receiving this great honor.” In late May or early June the members of the NJHS will take a trip to Washington D.C. through WorldStrides.
