Rodolfo Valencia

Rodolfo Valencia of Pirtleville passed away on September 25, 2012.

He was born in Jecori, Sonora on January 23, 1938 to Maria Martinez de Valencia and Juan Valencia Bustamante. He is preceded in death by son Rogelio Valencia. Surviving Rodolfo is his wife Cristina Valencia of 48 years of marriage. Also surviving are sons Rodolfo Valencia Jr., Gustavo Valencia; daughters Sandra Luz Laguna, Lucinda Peralta, and brother Jose Jesus Valencia. He leaves behind 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Rodolfo was well known in the local are for his work in agriculture and construction.

Rosary will be Sunday, September 30, 2012-7:00 pm at 1860-8^th Street, Douglas, AZ 85607. Mass of the Resurrection will held Monday, October 1, 2012 at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Pirtleville. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery on Oak Rd.

Pallbearers will be Rodolfo Valencia Jr., Gustavo Valencia, Rogelio Laguna, Jose Manuel Laguna, Victor Laguna and Abelardo Peralta.
