For the first time since opening four years ago the ACT Call Center on 10th Street allowed local trick or treaters to come in and enjoy a frightening evening of haunted houses made by all the employees.

Newly acquired site director Shai Duron says he was very impressed with the turn out as over 400 people showed up and an estimated 2800 pieces of candy were handed out.

The Call Center consists of three different work areas, also known as bays, totaling an estimated 15,000 square feet.

Each bay was decorated differently

For the first time since opening four years ago the ACT Call Center on 10th Street allowed local trick or treaters to come in and enjoy a frightening evening of haunted houses made by all the employees.

Newly acquired site director Shai Duron says he was very impressed with the turn out as over 400 people showed up and an estimated 2800 pieces of candy were handed out.

The Call Center consists of three different work areas, also known as bays, totaling an estimated 15,000 square feet.

Each bay was decorated differently giving trick or treaters a different experience each time they left one area to go into another.

Twenty-five ACT volunteer employees helped with the three hour event which also allowed the Call Center to show off its facility.

" I think to bring Halloween to contact centres is a great idea to increase our integration with our community. We had a party in our office where family was welcome. It was a great opportunity for our son and daughters to discover where mum and dad works. See some photos in our facebook profile: Call Management "
