The Weight Watchers program requires a commitment from 20 people to get started plus it is a great way to loose weight in a healthy way with a tremendous amount of support because we know it's not easy!
An informational meeting will be held on Thursday, December 20th, 5:30 pm at the Presbyterian Fellowship Hall located behind the church on D Ave between 10th and 11th Streets.
This meeting will explain the Weight Watchers program and will be looking for commitments from 20 people to start the program in January. Meetings will be held on Thursdays, weigh in starts at 5:00 pm and the meeting is at 5:30 pm.
Cost of the program is $130 for 10 weeks.
If you are ready to loose weight and are ready to get started in January, this is the time to commit and sign up to the program. Applications and payments will be taken the evening of Dec. 20.
Checks will not be processed until after the first meeting in January. If there is not enough interest, checks will be returned.
