College offers free advanced English classes for adults Submitted ArticleNow that you can speak some English, TREAT classes are a great next step in reaching your full potential. Technology Rich English for Adult Transitions (TREAT) is a free course for advanced non-native English speakers offered through the Cochise College Adult Education program. TREAT classes aim to increase students' ability to read, write, speak and listen in English, increase their ability to use computers and online technology to reach goals, increase career readiness skills, as well as guide the transition to Cochise College classes, university, a career or other professional goals. Each open house runs from 5:30 to 8 p.m. and offers the opportunity to meet the instructor, ask questions and try out TREAT activities. TREAT open houses will be available at the Cochise College Willcox Center on Jan. 22 and 29, the Sierra Vista Campus on Jan. 23 and 30 in room 1403, the Douglas Campus on Jan. 28 and Feb. 4 in room 1103.
