On Monday, Jan. 7 the Cochise County Democratic Committee Precinct Committee persons elected a new executive board. Newly elected board members are: Pat Fleming, chair; Susan Bickel, first vice chair; Geraldine Alexis, second vice chair; Bob Fleming, treasurer and Terrie Gent, secretary.

The Cochise County Sheriff’s Office is investigating three cases that were reported in the past two weeks of a “Ransom Scam”. This scam has been in existence for some time and has recently resurfaced in more metropolitan areas.
