Hello there and Merry Christmas. I am Butch the Boxer and these little guys next to me have yet to be named.

We are this week’s Douglas Dispatch Pets of the Week. We are hoping you will help us find a forever home, hopefully before Christmas so we don’t have to spend the holiday in here.

I am a male, about 3 years old. I have not had my shots and have not been neutered. I was dropped off at the Shelter Dec. 11 and would sure like to get out of here.

I am very playful and friendly and would sure love to go to a good home.

The three little puppies were dropped off here last week by someone who decided they could not keep them anymore.

There are two females and one male. They are about eight weeks old and are Rottweiler /Sharpi mix and cute as the dickens.

They are a little shy here because of all the other dogs but I’m sure once you get them home they will warm up to you and be good, loving pups.

They have not had their puppy shots yet.

If you, or if you know of someone who is willing to adopt us or one of our other friends here please stop by the Douglas Animal Shelter at 2017 N. Rogers Ave. or call (520) 364-7567.

You can also visit us on Facebook under the Douglas Animal Shelter.

Please come by and see us and help us find forever homes.

The shelter will be closing Christmas Eve at 4 p.m., be closed Christmas Day and reopen Friday at 9 a.m.

Merry Christmas from all us here at the Douglas Animal Shelter.
